A live assistant for the process interview
Do the work that normally follows the meeting while the meeting is still happening.
Elisit follows the interview as it happens. It draws the model, spots what is missing and suggests the next useful question. Each answer updates the process. Anything you cannot reach stays with it in the client portal.
Evidence captured
Give the client your full attention.
Elisit keeps each answer beside the model as the interview unfolds. Your consultant can listen, challenge and guide the room without splitting attention between the client and a notes template.
Order to cash
TranscriptSo the warehouse only starts picking once finance has released the order.
BPMN-style map, drawn live
Let the model keep pace with the conversation.
Tasks land in the right lanes and decisions become gateways as people describe the work. A branch nobody described is flagged as an open question, not guessed. By the time the call ends, the process map is already there.

ProcessQuestion suggested live
Ask the next useful question now.
Elisit turns missing ownership or an incomplete branch into a plain question during the meeting. Ask it now and the answer updates the model. If time runs out, the same question waits in the client portal.
Order to cash
Open questions- Is the picking list printed, or read off a handheld?
Consultant judgment locked
Keep the consultant in control.
Rename a task, move it to the right owner, or settle the wording. Your change is locked as consultant judgment and survives every later pass.
Order to cash
ProcessFollow-up already routed
End the call with less work waiting.
At hang-up, the process map is ready for review, extracted steps link back to the transcript lines they came from, and every unanswered point is already in the client portal. No note sorting. No follow-up list rebuilt from memory.

Open questions- Is the picking list printed, or read off a handheld?
- Who approves an over-limit order when the account manager is out?
The meeting should end the capture work, not start it.
- ~2 hof reconstruction per process
- Time spent translating interview notes into a diagram after the client has left the room.
- 7.5%of noted steps kept the right owner
- In notes typed live by hand, responsibility was the first part of the process to disappear.
- 4processes in one 46-minute interview
- In the interview we measured, four processes came up in 46 minutes. Notes typed live blur them into one file, and each map has to be untangled from it afterward.
After-call workload
Without Elisit
Reconstruction begins
- Replay the interview
- Place tasks into lanes
- Find missing owners
- Write the follow-up list
With Elisit
Review the model already built
- Process map assembled during the call
- Questions already attached to the process
The handoff should look like your firm's work, because it is.
Order to cash
- An editable model, not a flattened picture
- The model contains lanes, tasks, gateways and flows. It exports as a BPMN 2.0 file (XML with diagram interchange, validated against the OMG schema) that opens in Camunda Modeler and bpmn.io, and to Lucidchart, draw.io, Excel and PDF. Your team and your client can open it and continue the work.
- Your standard, visible in every file
- Your firm's theme sets the lane order, naming rules, gateway labels, type, palette and legend applied to every model you release.
- A review trail with names on it
- Consultant corrections stay locked. Draft, in review and approved remain distinct, so the engine never signs off on its own output.
- Follow-up without the chase
- Any question not answered during the meeting is already in the client portal. The client answers there; your team does not rebuild a follow-up list from notes.
Elisit follows your method. It does not replace it.
Firm control center
Your modeling standard
Naming rules, label conventions and lane order are configured around the way your reviewers already work.
Your client's vocabulary
Correct a product, role or department name once. Later interviews with that client use the same language.
Senior review before release
A model is draft until one of your people approves it. Automation prepares the work; your firm owns the judgment.
Several processes in one interview
When one interview covers more than one process, each is drawn as its own map with its own open questions, so nothing gets tangled into one file.
A test your team can challenge
Do not take the demo's word for it.
Bring a recording your team has already mapped. We run Elisit over the same interview and compare the two models element by element. A polished screen can make anything look plausible. Your own completed work is the test that matters.
One recording. Two models. Every difference visible.
- Start with a completed interview and the model your team delivered.
- Run the same evidence through Elisit without changing the source.
- Review what matched, what was missed and what had no support.
Evidence comparison
Human model
Elisit run
Difference review
- Coverage
- Which tasks and branches from the human model appear in Elisit's model.
- Responsibility
- Whether each task sits with the person or team that actually performs it.
- Decision logic
- Whether gateways keep the real condition and both outgoing paths.
- Unsupported additions
- Anything the model contains that nobody described. This is the number we watch hardest.
The questions that belong in the first conversation.
Is the output real BPMN?
Yes, as an interchange file: every process exports as BPMN 2.0 XML with diagram interchange, validated against the OMG schema, and opens in Camunda Modeler and bpmn.io with the lanes and layout you saw on screen. The element set is a subset of BPMN's Descriptive class: lanes, tasks, exclusive gateways, start and end events, call activities, and text annotations for open questions. On screen you choose the notation per process: swimlane flowchart or BPMN 2.0 shapes. What we do not claim: BPMN import, execution semantics, or a full Analytic-class model. Parallel gateways and typed events are set by the consultant today; automatic extraction of them is next. A decision with a missing branch is still flagged as an open question rather than invented, and what the client sees is that same model rendered in your firm's theme.
Can it follow our own diagram standard?
That is exactly what themes are for. We set your house style up once: lane order, naming rules, gateway labels, type, palette, legend. Every model your firm ships from then on carries it, so a client opening a file years later can tell whose work it is without reading the footer.
Which meetings can it join?
Microsoft Teams calls today. If the interview has already happened, upload the recording, the video or the transcript file instead. Everything after that works the same way.
What if we cannot ask every question during the call?
The question stays with the process and appears in the client portal. The right person can answer it after the meeting, and your team can review the response against the same model instead of rebuilding a follow-up list from notes.
Where does our meeting data go?
Speech recognition and the AI that builds the model are third-party services processing in the United States, and we name every one of them in writing. The sub-processor list is part of the first call, not a discovery you make later. The application, the database and your files currently sit in Google Cloud's Frankfurt region (europe-west3); if your own policy needs them in a US region, that is a conversation we would rather have before you sign than after.
Do you have SOC 2?
No, and we are not going to imply otherwise. What we can do: give you the sub-processor list in writing, sign your DPA, delete your data on request, and put the engineer who built the system on your security review call.
What happens to the corrections we make?
They stand. Anything you rename or move by hand is locked, and a reviewer still has to approve the model before it counts as approved.
How is our firm set up?
By invitation. We set up your first client, organizational unit and interview with you. Your admin can invite the rest of the team.
What does it cost?
There is no price list yet. Elisit is working with its first firms and the commercial terms are agreed firm by firm. We have that conversation in the working session, not after it.
Bring one interview. See what your team gets back.
Bring a process interview your team knows well. We’ll show the live assistant, the process map and the portal follow-up working from the same evidence.
- Choose a completed process interview your team knows well.
- Watch Elisit draw the swimlane map and suggest the next question during the meeting.
- See unanswered points continue in the client portal, then compare the handoff with your standard.
